Our Free Range Gloucester Old Spot pigs are sourced from Roves Farm, Highworth where they are kept outdoors before being finished in straw yards. Their diet comprises of a mixture of home grown cereals and surplus vegetables. Gloucester Old Spot pigs are a traditional slow growing breed which, combined with a healthy diet and natural lifestyle, produce scrumptious, succulent pork with a superb flavour.
Our butchers prepare a range of cuts from roasting joints, chops and steaks to delicious BBQ ribs and home-made pork and apple burgers. Whole or half pigs are also available on request. Wykham Park Farm’s sausages are all made on site using the best Gloucester Old Spot pork, seasonings, herbs and spices.
