Q  When is the asparagus season?
A  The official English asparagus season is from 1st May until 21st June, but in
warm, early springs our season can start as early as mid April.

Q  Are you organic?
A  We are not  organic, but we are pleased to be a ‘LEAF’ Accredited farm. Linking the Environment and Farming, we attach great importance to conservation and enhancement of the natural environment whilst farming sustainably.

Q  What does the symbol GOAL stand for?
A  It means Genuine, Own and Local and is an Accreditation symbol awarded by the Farm Retail Association to distinguish genuine Farm Shops rearing and producing their own goods from those Farm Shops relying on bought-in produce.

Q How far do your animals travel to the abattoir?
A  To Long Compton, a small abattoir about 10 miles away.
